James was born in New Brunswick, and raised in Ontario.  By the age of six, he knew he would be an artist.  He combines a boldly textured and  impressionistic style using knives and oils with his love for landscapes and heritage.  One can stop to appreciate the national heritage and beauty of Canada through his work.
